Job Description

  • Conduct SEO audits and analysis of all our websites, platforms & processes, run keyword analysis across all our ecosystem
  • Optimize page speed, security, metadata, architecture for better organic ranking, traffic, and conversions
  • Work with our content creator and content strategist to optimize their content for target keywords/topics; Work with our developers to fix technical SEO issues and improve site architecture
  • Build high-quality backlinks from relevant crypto websites and communities
  • Analyze search visibility in comparison with major competitors and most successful platforms in the space
  • Conceptualize and manage PPC ads on Google, YouTube, Reddit Crypto Forums according to a high-level strategy with key target to increase community members & on-chain users
  • Run targetted and retargeting ads on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Telegram, Discord and more platforms if relevant to be identified to drive conversion and user acquisition
  • Improve campaign results through regular analysis, AB testing and optimization; Analyze performance data to find trends and opportunities to improve ROI
  • Manage campaign budgets, bids, targets and creatives based on performance; Report on KPIs like impressions, CTR, conversions, and return on ad spend

The Successful Applicant

  • 5 years in SEO and paid ads (ideally in the cryptocurrency space)
  • Deep understanding of what drives discoverability for crypto platforms
  • Hands-on with on-page/off-page optimization best practices
  • Savvy with latest crypto-marketing tools and emerging community platforms
  • Analytical approach with robust reporting on budgets, results, attribution
