Job Description

  • Design hybrid solutions combining backend, frontend, LLMs, prompting, and RPA for human‑in‑the‑loop processes.
  • Integrate AI solutions via APIs, MCP, and related frameworks; collaborate with architects and engineers on system design.
  • Enhance user interfaces and manage middleware components (SSO, authentication, authorization).
  • Monitor and optimize AI systems, pipelines, and recommender platforms for performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Apply security best practices, fallback strategies, and rigorous testing standards.
  • Conduct applied research on emerging AI/agentic AI to enrich enterprise capabilities.
  • Balance R&D problem‑solving with process requirements and project timelines.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data, AI/ML, or related disciplines.
  • At least 3 years years of experience in developing and deploying software and AI solutions, with exposure to agentic AI frameworks.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript/Node.js, and SQL.
  • Practical experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalents.
  • Solid understanding of LLM integration, orchestration, and prompt engineering.
  • Experience in API design and integration (RESTful, gRPC, MCP preferred).
  • Knowledge of middleware systems including SSO, authentication, and access control (OAuth2, JWT).
  • Proficiency with version control tools (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Passion for applied R&D, with a drive to adopt and implement emerging AI technologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and collaboration skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in cross‑functional teams across engineering, data, and business domains.
  • Experience delivering secure, enterprise‑grade integrations.
