Job Description
This is a fun, inclusive and hardworking culture and we are looking for an individual who has a keen interest in the blockchain world and an evangelist for all recruitment related topics, you will be part of a strong HR team, and will recruit regionally or globally, depending on your background and ambition. Singapore is an important hub and this individual will interact with the leadership and executive team, in a consultative and agile manner- the company is fast-moving, is not big on hierarchy and all colleagues are welcome to provide leadership direction and bring in suggestion.
The Successful Applicant
You will ideally have at least 10 years of experience in talent acquisition function from a startup, technology or fintech sector and in a regional/international environment, with proven track record to define and implement talent acquisition plan to support a fast growing, ambitious business to attain success on an international platform.
