Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets in the life science sector
  • Identify and engage with prospective clients, building a robust sales pipeline
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Provide tailored solutions by understanding client needs and presenting appropriate products or services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
  • Deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting progress and challenges
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to enhance the company's market presence

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong background in sales, particularly within the lifesciences industry, managing chromatography/ in-organic analytical testing equipment
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends
  • Experience in creating and executing strategic sales plans
  • A proactive and goal-oriented approach to achieving business objectives
