About Our Client
Our client is a Premiere European consumer brand that has stood the test of time through their continuous innovation. Often using abstract notations to gain inspiration, along with keeping their finger on the pulse with greater world issues they remain to dominate the market. I am partnering the client in their search for a Senior Sales Manager.
The success of the Senior Sales Manager, South East Asia will be measured but not limited to the following criteria:
- Oversee all aspects of the Wholesale ,Corporate Gift, Travel Retail and Export Division for the brand, ensuring strategic and financial objectives are met
- Responsible for the sales forecasting in Singapore and export markets in SE Asia
- Plan sales distribution strategy, managing existing partners and identify potential trade opportunities
- Manage sales negotiations, margins and sales strategies
- Responsible for the achievement of sales KPI's
- Assortment planning of recommended product range to maximise sales opportunities, initiate sales proposals and corrective initiatives whenever necessary
- Propose and implement annual budget and directly responsible for the WS, CG, TR and Export Markets P&L.
- Promoting the professional growth of team members, developing the efficiency of their work relationships with internal and external partners
The Successful Applicant
- At least 5+ years retail experience
- Bachelor Degree in Business/marketing
- Excellent networking skills and sales driven ability
- Ability to build and maintain VIP client relationships
- Have a passion for all things Luxury.
- Proven track record of sales excellence individually and within a team
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
