We're seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join their team and take the lead in expanding our presence in this critical domain. As the Senior Sales Manager for Public Safety & Security, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business and contributing to the safety and security of Singapore. Anyone with sales experience selling hardware, software, and/or system integration to public sector like MHA and/or HTX are welcome to apply.

Job Description

As the Senior Sales Manager for Public Safety & Security, you will report directly to the Senior Vice-President, Public Safety and Security. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Driving Public Safety & Security Business Growth: You will be responsible for driving the Public Safety and Security business across all Business Areas and Line of Businesses to achieve order targets.
  • Maintaining Strong Partnerships: Support and nurture our existing partnerships with MHA agencies to ensure continued collaboration and success.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop strategies to build and maintain a robust business pipeline while focusing on areas that align with the operational and technological requirements of the Home Team.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on Home Team-related operations, policies, and developments, offering valuable insights and guidance.
  • Collaboration with DPS Business Areas: Collaborate with DPS Business Areas to meet the needs of MHA agencies, including program support, capability sustainment/development, and the generation of Proof-of-Concept projects.
  • Local and International Engagement: Provide advice and support on both local and international Public Safety & Security business, extending beyond MHA, where applicable.

The Successful Applicant

  • We are looking for a candidate who brings the following experiences to the table:
  • At least 10 years of sales experience, selling to MHA Department(s), which may include HTX.
  • Proven experience in leading a team, with strong technical and commercial background
  • Strong leadership in the field of Public Safety & Security, showing an ambitious and enterprising attitude.
