Job Description

  • Drive strategic sales initiatives, focusing on business development and prospecting within the Financial Services and Insurance (FSI) sectors in Singapore and the broader APAC region.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
  • Develop and manage sales plans to consistently achieve revenue goals through a solution-selling approach, with a strong emphasis on lead generation and pipeline development.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, particularly C-level executives, across target accounts, and drive business growth in the FSI market.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (lead generation, inside sales, etc.) and external partners to ensure seamless prospecting, qualification, and deal closure.
  • Effectively manage sales cycles, forecast accurately, and report on progress to ensure targets are met within the assigned geographical area.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
  • 10+ years of successful sales experience in enterprise software solutions, ideally in Financial Services or Insurance.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and aligning solutions with customer objectives.
  • Strong experience with RPA, ECM, BPM, ERP, or Document Management technologies.
  • Solution-selling expertise and a strategic sales approach.
  • Hunter mentality with a passion for acquiring new business and building long-term relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with C-level executives.
