My client is a global leader in the HVAC industry. As they initiate their plans to combine HVAC equipment with controls and data, they are seeking a Senior Sales Manager from the control, building management system, and IoT space. This individual will bridge the gap between HVAC and controls, build a team, and grow the business across the region.

Job Description

  • Develop skills tracking and training plans for the team.
  • Build your own team with the top management for this initiative
  • Build competence and career paths with a long-term focus on people, revenue, and profits.
  • Develop strategies for existing market segments and expand into new ones.
  • Build new accounts and relationships with local and regional clients.
  • Develop vertical-specific solutions sales strategy for various market segments.
  • Grow market share and brand presence.
  • Prepare Sales Training material in conjunction with Solutions Hub and AOTC to suit local requirements.
  • Support, train, and develop technical capabilities within the team.
  • Develop technical solution strategies for various market segments.
  • Develop Energy Audit assessments program, EPC, ESCO Opportunities.
  • Work with the Head of Technical, Solutions Hub to develop a technical library for use by the local teams.
  • Pre-engineering, application design, and deployment of Control including the preparation of technical documentation.
  • Offer technical advice to clients and team members on air conditioning plant and control systems.
  • Assist with estimates, quotations, and delivery of HVAC controls projects.
  • Develop new business and increase brand awareness in chosen market segments.
  • Expand our market share within the Applied Solution Industry.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • At least 15 years of experience in control systems, building automation, or the smart city environment.
  • Proven leadership and impact on business performance and growth.
