Job Description

This position provides critical commercial support to a senior sales leader overseeing the Singapore market. The role plays a key part in expanding business performance by uncovering growth opportunities, strengthening stakeholder partnerships, and contributing to sustained revenue development within the assigned territory.Business Development & Opportunity Management

  • Proactively identify and pursue new revenue opportunities across both existing and untapped customer segments especially in private and restructured hospitals.
  • Design and implement commercial action plans that deliver growth targets while protecting and expanding the current business base.



Stakeholder Engagement & Networking

  • Build and maintain a strong professional network across relevant industry stakeholders to support product introduction and long-term sales growth.
  • Develop a solid understanding of customer needs, challenges, and decision-making processes, ensuring solutions are delivered in full compliance with regulatory standards.



Strategic Account Planning

  • Create and execute structured account and engagement plans that support durable customer partnerships.
  • Support the preparation and coordination of contracts, proposals, pricing approaches, and commercial justifications.



Hospital Tender & Contract Oversight

  • Manage public and private hospital tenders and contracts in Singapore with a strategic and commercially sound approach.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing ongoing insights and reporting on the competitive landscape.



Sales Systems & Data Management

  • Build and maintain accurate sales records for each therapeutic area across public and private sectors using CRM platforms.



Market Mapping & Insight Generation

  • Develop and regularly update detailed mappings of hospitals, key clinicians, and disease indications by therapeutic area.



Market Access & Funding Initiatives

  • Initiate and execute market access strategies to enable long-term reimbursement and funding through relevant national schemes (e.g. standard drug listings, rare disease funding, and related programs).



Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Operations and other internal teams to manage and execute Named Patient access initiatives efficiently.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Sales Executive should have:

  • At least 2 years of commercial or sales experience within specialty pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or specialised medical devices; exposure to plasma-derived or biological products is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience in key account management especially with private and/or restructured hospitals
  • Background in working with patient advocacy groups, professional societies, or similar organisations.
  • Experience overseeing the full lifecycle of tender-based products.
  • Ability to work independently (and interface with distributor medical representatives)
