About Our Client
Your main responsibilities will include ensuring timely goods purchased, vendor & inventory management and cost optimization.
- Sourcing and purchasing of direct and indirect materials (e.g. electrical and mechanical parts)
- Inventory control
- Manage and build close vendors
- Generation of purchase order and ensure goods are delivered on time
- Worked closed with teams in the Procurement and Supply Chain Function
- Involved in the cost negotiation and evaluation process when required
- Ensure proper documentation of all procurement processes as per ISO standards
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum diploma holder or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 of relevant working experiences or in high mix low volume industry preferred
- Good knowledge of ERP system will be an added advantage.
- Strong competency in MS Office especially with Excel.
