Our client is a reputable organisation in the logistics sector, owning multiple properties across Europe and Southeast Asia, with a strong presence in Singapore. They specialise in managing and operating their property and facilities portfolio to ensure smooth operations and consistently high standards.

Job Description

  • Oversee day-to-day operations for both local and overseas property portfolios.
  • Support leasing activities, including marketing available spaces, evaluating prospective tenants, negotiating terms, handling renewals, and managing tenancy documentation.
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver maintenance, upgrading, and improvement works to protect and enhance asset value. Lead and guide property management teams across various locations, ensuring consistent service standards and adherence to local regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and management reports.
  • Work closely with tenants, service providers, and authorities to ensure seamless and compliant property operations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and drive sustainability initiatives across the portfolio.
  • Ensure effective execution of all maintenance and facilities-related matters.
  • Set, track, and review KPIs to assess team performance and operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Facilities/Building Management or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in property management, ideally with exposure to overseas markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse industrial or warehouse portfolio
  • Strong leadership capabilities with solid analytical and negotiation skills, and experience managing teams across multiple locations.
