About Our Client
Reporting to the CPO, our client is a fast-growing HRtech SaaS start-up with presence in regional markets. Looking to solve decades-long problems in the HR industry, they are looking to hire a Senior Product Manager - B2B Growth.
You will be part of highly-motivated team looking to disrupt the HR space here in SEA and being part of the early team members of a high-growth industry, you will get to be hands-on in crafting the product vision and strategies.
You will be working with various stakeholders internally and externally. You will get the opportunity to introduce new product offerings to the market with your understanding of the customers' needs. You wil be part of the team that will be working on the core product offerings, bringing growth to the company and the products offered. As they are present in several markets around the SEA region, you will get exposure to several markets.
As you will be an early member of the team, they are looking at someone who can potentially grow into a team lead position as they expand the team.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate must have the following:
- 3 or more years' of experience in the product management
- Ability to manage internal stakeholders across seniorities and functions
- Quantitative and analytical skills; make good data-driven decisions
- Deep understanding of B2B/SaaS/HRtech ecosystem
