The client seeks to hire the an entrepreneurial Senior People Manager to manage the complete scope of HR function, and who will partner with the C-suite Management to align the business goals of an agile hyper growth oriented retail organization with the HR framework and initiatives. This role will report directly to the Co-Founder based in Singapore and manage a team of 6 regional functional HR.

Job Description

Reporting to the Co-Founder, the successful applicant will:

  • Be a People Leader and collaborate with multiple Heads of businesses to address the HR needs and align the business objectives.
  • Take full ownership and manage full spectrum HR and project management in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Provide mentorship to a relatively junior and high potential team by providing support in HR operations.

The Successful Applicant

As a successful applicant, you will have:

  • Degree in HR, related field with an MBA preferred.
  • 15 years in HR management with 5+ years' experience of HR Leadership experience. It would be preferred for candidates from a start-up technology organization.
  • Highly effective in business partnering, with a strong track record of driving Talent Management framework.
  • Excellent communication skills and with ability to adapt to an unstructured work environment, and experience in Global HR Transformation.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset.
