Job Description

  • Design and develop mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Offer guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, review and approve engineering documents, and maintain technical excellence.
  • Conduct site inspections, implement quality control measures, and troubleshoot engineering issues to ensure compliance and safety.
  • Promote sustainable engineering practices and develop energy-efficient systems for complex projects.
  • Keep abreast of the latest technological advancements and incorporate innovative solutions into project designs.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in Singapore is highly desirable.
  • At least 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on commercial, healthcare and infrastructure developments.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems design, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
