Job Description

Corporate Partnerships & Industry Engagement

  • Support development and management of corporate partnerships and employer engagement initiatives
  • Identify workforce opportunities and support partnership discussions and deal progression
  • Maintain strong relationships across industry partners, trade bodies, and public sector stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends to support partnership and programme strategy



Programme & Project Delivery

  • Support conceptualisation and implementation of workforce and training initiatives
  • Coordinate programme logistics, stakeholder alignment, and execution timelines
  • Work closely with internal academic and functional teams to deliver training solutions
  • Support funding-related processes and programme compliance requirements



Outreach & Lead Management

  • Support outreach campaigns and follow up with prospective trainees and programme leads
  • Provide programme advisory and course information to prospective participants
  • Track engagement metrics and support conversion tracking



Data, Reporting & Operations

  • Maintain programme data, trainee records, and placement tracking information
  • Support employment outcome reporting and survey coordination
  • Provide secretariat and operational support across programme activities
  • Support scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and documentation

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree qualification from a recognised institution
  • Approximately 8-10 years of relevant experience in areas such as partnerships, programme management, workforce initiatives, career advisory, or stakeholder engagement
  • Experience working with corporates, government bodies, trade associations, or education ecosystems is highly advantageous
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong project coordination and organisational capability
  • Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Strong customer-centric and solutions-driven approach
