About Our Client

Our client is a leading player in the logistics and supply chain industry. They are seeking for an experienced Senior Manager, Transport Operations to lead and optimize its land transportation network.

Job Description

  • Oversee end-to-end land transportation operations for their clients from diverse industries
  • Lead, motivate and manage a large, multi-tiered team including support staffs
  • Ensure adherence to transport safety regulations, service level agreements (SLAs), and operational KPIs
  • Optimize fleet utilization, routing and cost efficiency
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and service quality
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts and performance where applicable
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., planning, warehousing, customer service) to ensure seamless delivery execution
  • Drive a culture of safety, compliance and continuous improvement across all transport operations



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in transport operations ideally land, with at least 3 to 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven ability to manage large teams and high-volume transport operations
  • Strong knowledge of transport regulations, fleet management and operational best practices
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
