About Our Client

Our client is a retail conglomerate with multiple brands under their umbrella. This role will be supporting one of the brands under them.

Job Description

  • Drive the Total Rewards strategies and initiatives across the region
  • Align the brand's existing Total Rewards policies in line with Group's Total Rewards strategies
  • Initiate the enhancement of Total Rewards strategies from time to time
  • Oversee the HR system implementation
  • Manage the overall HR matters in the interim
  • Own the Organisational Development piece

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related major
  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with extensive experience in Total Rewards schemes
  • Experience with global multi-location business preferred
  • Strong business acumen and able to deal with ambiguity in the initial phase
  • Able to work independently
