Job Description

  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain activities including demand and supply planning, logistics, warehousing and customer service across APAC.
  • Manage forecasting and production planning, ensure inventory optimization, and lead monthly S&OP meetings to align with customer demand and business targets.
  • Supervise freight operations, shipment planning and compliance, manage budgets and supplier performance, and improve warehouse utilization and efficiency.
  • Deliver OTIF targets, streamline order-to-cash processes and strengthen customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Manage a sizeable team of across APAC, build talent pipelines and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Identify optimization opportunities, adopt global best practices and leverage SAP ERP and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills with hands-on experience in logistics and warehousing operations.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain costs, KPIs and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in SAP ERP and planning systems; knowledge of AI applications in supply chain is a plus.
  • Customer-centric approach with expertise in order-to-cash processes.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and collaborative leadership skills.
