About Our Client

Our client is renowned Fortune 500 Automation Leader with over 100 manufacturing locations worldwide. They are currently looking for a Senior Manager (Order Management & customer Service) to join their dynamic team to contribute to the business.

Job Description

  • Manage and conduct technical review of customer order with local fulfillment center
  • Review and ensure customer orders comply to policies and regulations, management of change order request
  • Development of order execution summary for your team when needed
  • To manage contractual requirement of customer orders such as LC review, payment collections, ensuring required documents submission, liaising with forwarders on shipment arranging and order status tracking updates to customers etc
  • To measure goals indicators (RDSL) and promises (PDSL) and drives continues improvements
  • Monthly sale forecast and actualization, ensuring order fulfillment does not falls below 95%
  • Contract management - to assist in the review & approval of customer T&C with Legal team to ensure terms are acceptable and reduces any risk implications
  • Track and mitigate risk from backlog orders and follow up with resolutions accordingly
  • Conduct training to internal teams to ensure employees are equip with knowledge of requirements in T&C and compliance of sales
  • To lead in the management of international trade compliance and checkpoint function
  • Making sure that all sales transactions, import & export activities are in compliance with ITC and checkpoint requirements
  • Being the main contact point for trade compliance issue escalation and resolutions
  • Ensuring that order records are well kept and up to date
  • Be part of the team to support key initiatives and other related programs to drive improvement and eliminate waste across the business
  • Develop and lead continues improvement of SOP and process analysis for your department
  • Carry out annual stock take and cycle count to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Efficiently lead and be a mentor to the teams, setting out clear vision and KPI

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Business Administration/Engineering or related field with at least 5 years of relevant people management experience
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Great communicator with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong work commitments and ability to work under pressure
  • Drive for result and customer focus
