About Our Client

Our client is a PRC headquartered company, APAC leader in Oil and Gas, a key supplier of fuel to Logistics and Aviation sector. The company is poised for growth with the recovery of markets and is looking for a M&A Manager to join the team.

Job Description

Responsible for the end to end project life cycle of investments and merger & acquisition deals
Perform market research, develop financial models from scratch, business model analysis, negotiation, due diligence and investment valuation, etc.
Propose new investment opportunities, prepare investment proposals and development strategy, presenting to board of directors
Effectively collaboration with internal and external consultants to develop business strategies, investment approaches and identify investment channels
Keep abreast of industry market dynamics, regional law and government policies changes for potential project opportunities

The Successful Applicant

Degree qualified in Business, Banking and Finance, working experience of at least 7 years
Prior industry experience in upstream and downstream O&G mergers & acquisition transactions will be highly advantageous
Technically strong to oversee full M&A project lifecycle, comes with sharp business acumen
Strong language capabilities to prepare business reports in both English and Mandarin, effectively bilingual to engage with senior stakeholders at HQ
