About Our Client

Our client is a PRC headquartered company, APAC leader in Oil and Gas, a key supplier of fuel to Logistics and Aviation sector. The company is poised for growth with the recovery of markets and is looking for a M&A Manager to join the team.

Job Description

  • Responsible for the end to end project life cycle of investments and merger & acquisition deals
  • Perform market research, develop financial models from scratch, business model analysis, negotiation, due diligence and investment valuation, etc.
  • Propose new investment opportunities, prepare investment proposals and development strategy, presenting to board of directors
  • Effectively collaboration with internal and external consultants to develop business strategies, investment approaches and identify investment channels
  • Keep abreast of industry market dynamics, regional law and government policies changes for potential project opportunities

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree qualified in Business, Banking and Finance, working experience of at least 7 years
  • Prior industry experience in upstream and downstream O&G mergers & acquisition transactions will be highly advantageous
  • Technically strong to oversee full M&A project lifecycle, comes with sharp business acumen
  • Strong language capabilities to prepare business reports in both English and Mandarin, effectively bilingual to engage with senior stakeholders at HQ
