My client is a leading global real estate company, operating across diverse asset classes including residential, commercial, retail, industrial, and hospitality. With strong presence in prime locations across more than 50 cities, the organisation is known for its commitment to sustainability and innovation in property development. To safeguard and support continuous growth in a dynamic real estate landscape, the organisation is hiring for a Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) to proactively identify, assess and manage risks across its operations.

Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Risk, you will:

  • Be responsible for the Group's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) in diverse markets and all asset classes, identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Advise on risk areas such as market fluctuations, regulatory changes, geopolitical instability etc., establish governance frameworks in compliance with industry standards
  • Business partner with stakeholders of various business units to conduct risk assessments on development projects, identify potential threats to project success
  • Proactively enhance risk culture and risk confidence through trainings of responsible business practices, raise awareness to leadership and foster credibility with regulatory bodies
  • Facilitate insightful reporting and stay up to date of emerging risk trends

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Accounting & Finance / Business, at least 10 years of working experience in ERM
  • Good knowledge of risk management and internal control concepts, leading risk management practices and standards (e.g. ISO 31000, COSO) and SGX-ST requirements.
  • Design frameworks from scratch, successful execution of ERM strategies in regional capacity
  • Excellent communication, confidence and gravitas to engage with senior leadership/management team
  • Proficient in using data analytics tool, derive data and present meaningful insights and strategies for management review
