Job Description

  • Lead, plan, and oversee building defect inspections and conversion projects to meet asset objectives and standards across the property portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the in-house technical team, external consultants, and contractors to assess building defects and propose solutions for repair, maintenance, and operational improvements of all building systems and facilities.
  • Advise necessary consultancy services and contractors to execute rectification and conversion works.
  • Monitor budgets and expenditures for repair and maintenance works, long-term asset repair and replacement planning, and capital expenditure projects.
  • Explore and recommend new initiatives or automation to enhance cost savings and efficiency across the asset portfolio.
  • Provide expert advice to the local team on resolving critical structural or mechanical issues.



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • 12 years+ of relevant experiences in building facilities management, project management and integrated fitting out works.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Certification as a Fire Safety Manager will be an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership, planning, communication skills and good interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage operations and projects simultaneously.
