Job Description



Driving Digital Strategy & Leading Innovation

  • Define and execute a digital innovation strategy aligned with enterprise objectives and business needs
  • Lead exploration and evaluation of emerging technologies like AI, ML, IoT, RPA, and data analytics
  • Champion digital transformation as a thought leader and internal evangelist



Managing Innovation Projects & Priorities

  • Oversee and prioritize a pipeline of high-impact, scalable innovation initiatives
  • Develop frameworks for ideation, prototyping, piloting, and scaling digital solutions
  • Track performance and ensure projects meet key performance indicators (KPIs)



Fostering Collaboration & Leading Change

  • Work closely with business units, IT, and external partners to ensure effective adoption of digital solutions
  • Act as a change agent to promote digital fluency and an innovation-focused culture
  • Facilitate agile collaboration and run innovation workshops to accelerate solution design



Building External Partnerships & Innovation Networks

  • Establish and maintain relationships with startups, academic institutions, technology providers, and industry groups
  • Manage strategic partnerships and digital platforms that support the scaling of innovative solutions



Developing Talent & Cultivating Innovation Culture

  • Build and lead a high-performing digital innovation team
  • Promote a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Mentor business stakeholders on innovation methodologies including design thinking, lean experimentation, and agile delivery



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business Management, or related fields such as Digital Transformation, Strategy, Innovation, or Operations Management
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience
  • Proven success in leading digital initiatives within complex, multinational organizations
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing projects, particularly those with tight deadlines and complexity
  • Strong abilities in organization and multitasking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of various technologies, including cloud computing, AI/ML, RPA, data platforms, APIs, and low-code solutions, as well as digital operating models
