Job Description

  • Lead and support end‑to‑end transactions - mandate to negotiate, valuation, due diligence, structuring, investment papers, and closing.
  • Build/review financial models and challenge assumptions (WACC, FX, volume, tariff, capex lifecycle, sensitivities)
  • Coordinate cross-functional due diligence (Finance, Tax, Treasury, Legal, Operations) and align with regional business units.
  • Prepare and present investment recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Conduct post-investment reviews to measure value creation and capture lessons learned.
  • Review and validate major capex proposals for business cases, IRR/NPV, payback, and cashflow viability.
  • Run enterprise value (EV) refreshes and trigger deep dives on underperforming assets.
  • Maintain a live portfolio view (budgets, projections, returns) and provide competitive benchmarks and market insights.
  • Contribute to internal dashboards and data platforms for investment tracking and decision support.
  • Enhance templates, standards, and knowledge assets for consistent evaluation across regions.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 8 years in corporate finance, M&A, project/infrastructure finance, investment banking, or corporate development.
  • Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Economics or related; MBA/CFA/CPA is a plus.
  • Strong financial modelling & valuation capability.
  • Proven ability to partner with business units across countries and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, commercial judgement, and comfort working in a global, matrix organization.
