Job Description

The Senior Manager, Centralized Engineering Sustainability will be managing a team and providing consultancy support to the assigned portfolio of assets on topics such as M&E expertise during retrofits or upgrading projects to increase the energy efficiency of the buildings, energy audits, CAPEX planning, M&E design for the equipment including chillers/ACMV etc. Besides providing technical issues on escalated issues, this role will also be developing recommendations and proposals to the leadership board to increase the engineering sustainability in the current assets.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Building Services, Science or a related discipline
  • At least 10 years experience in M&E and energy efficiency
