Job Description

  • Lead and prioritize Lean initiatives and culture development aligned with the company's Vision, Mission, and Values.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to assess baseline processes and identify areas for Lean improvement.
  • Shape the Lean vision into clear goals, strategies, and objectives, driving cross-functional cultural change and consistent results.
  • Partner with leadership to scope and analyze Lean opportunities, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Develop Lean Manufacturing expertise, manage Lean leadership teams, and deploy effective strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Manage external consultants and lead Lean showcases, sharing best practices and supporting global Lean maturity assessments and digital transformation initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • A bachelor's degree from a recognized institution and at least 10 years' experience in supply chain and manufacturing operations, demonstrating successful application of Lean methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional cultural transformations, with strong executive-level presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience in leadership roles within finance, engineering, or quality is advantageous; certification in Black Belt or is preferred.
  • Skilled in applying Lean tools such as 5S, VSM, Mistake-Proofing, and Hoshin Kanri Strategy Deployment.
  • This position requires full-time onsite presence.
