Job Description

  • Own R&D support for websites, documentation systems, and business operations, building agile platforms for rapid product iteration.
  • Identify and resolve business pain points, designing technical solutions for core systems and modules to enhance scalability and efficiency.
  • Co-develop flexible, intelligent business platforms, contributing to architectural roadmap and long-term technical planning.
  • Independently deliver mid-scale projects, managing timelines, resources, and cross-team collaboration to ensure success.
  • Enforce code quality standards as an active reviewer, providing feedback on performance, stability, and best practices.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 4 years of Java development experience, with strong RDBMS (MySQL/Oracle) design and optimization expertise.
  • Proven experience in distributed systems and scaling large-scale web services.
  • In-depth knowledge of middleware (distributed caching, message queues, RPC frameworks).
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written), with strong technical documentation skills.
  • Passionate technologist with an ownership mindset; big data experience is a plus.
