Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide advanced IT support across applications, hardware, mobile devices, servers, AV, and networks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, server, and connectivity issues within SLA.
  • Administer enterprise systems such as Microsoft SCCM, Active Directory, and related tools.
  • Manage phone systems and communication platforms.
  • Ensure smooth daily IT operations by prioritizing and handling multiple tasks.
  • Contribute to IT projects, process improvements, and keep updated on emerging technologies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • At least 6 years' experience in IT support with strong knowledge across infrastructure, applications, and networks.
  • Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Group Policy, Active Directory, SCCM, virtualization technologies, and network/security tools (Cisco, Fortinet).
  • Experience contributing to IT infrastructure or building projects will be an advantage.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills & experience to liaise with regional teams.
