Job Description

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Support the HR Director in reviewing and modernizing legacy HR policies and processes.
  • Regional HR Alignment: Collaborate closely with HR teams across Asia and Middle East to ensure alignment.
  • HR Operations: Partner with HR Operations team to ensure HR operations excellence and efficiency.
  • Talent Development: Support cross-functional transfers, grooming of internal talent, and succession planning.
  • Change Management: Influence and engage with employees to adopt new practices and mindsets.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with 5 years of exposure to strategic HR work, in an MNC environment.
  • Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills to drive change management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in Singapore.
  • Team player with positive attitude and good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
