This is a leadership role as part of the Singapore Leadership team. As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will develop and drive people strategies for all business entities in Singapore.

Job Description

  • Partnering with leadership teams to develop key strategies and objectives for the organisation, ensuring that the HR initiatives and programs are clearly aligned with business priorities.
  • Lead the organisation change management process in response to business strategies.
  • Play a leading role in key HR processes including talent review, compensation, performance management, talent development for the business units.
  • Drive workforce planning strategy including productivity and workforce effectiveness actions.
  • Support any potential HR diligence and integration initiatives as part of overall transformation.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors.
  • At least 10 years of diverse HR business partnering experience with 5 years in a country HR leadership role.
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical ability and use of data to provide key business insights.
  • Strong reputation as a HR professional, integrity and judgement that is beyond reproach.
  • Strong ownership on execution with focus on result orientation.
  • Familiarity with industrial relations in the industrial / manufacturing industry.
