The Senior FP&A Analyst partners closely with commercial leaders, providing critical insights that shape forecasting, performance tracking and strategic planning.

Job Description

  • Support regional FP&A activities across APAC, EMEA and LATAM, partnering with commercial stakeholders
  • Deliver timely sales, margin and P&L reporting with clear insights and commentary
  • Lead forecasting and budgeting cycles, including review decks and system uploads
  • Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports to track business trends
  • Conduct volume, customer and variance analysis to support decision-making
  • Facilitate regular commercial reviews with regional and country leaders
  • Develop financial models to evaluate scenarios and identify improvement opportunities

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline
  • At least 5+ years of FP&A experience within multinational or regional environments
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, reporting and month-end processes
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, including SAP FI/CO
  • Advanced Excel capability and confidence working with large data sets
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, multi-time-zone environment
  • Strong analytical mindset with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders
