About Our Client

Our client is a fast-growing retail multinational with multiple outlets globally.

The company seeks for a Senior Finance Analyst to support the business in generating critical financial insights and identifying key drivers for its continuous growth and success.

Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will:

  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, analysis process, KPI, key variances and reports to support the organisation's financial objectives
  • Prepare P&L or relevant reports for budget and forecast reviews, and ensuring accurate SGA, marketing, cashflow and CAPEX forecast
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive financial reporting system to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Work closely with relevant teams to develop inventory and gross margin reports and analysis
  • Business partner with stakeholders in providing support and drawing insightful analysis on key financial performance indicators that will assist in strategic decision making
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with internal stakeholders such as sales and marketing, operations, to ensure provision of accurate and timely financial information

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or qualifications in ACCA/CPA
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis in a Retail or FMCG environment
  • Driven, self-motivated and hands-on, able to perform independently and devise strategic plans
  • Able to work collaboratively with a team of diverse cultures, having a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and partnership
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to interpret and present complex financial data in a meaningful manner
