This Senior Analyst role in Accounting & Finance focuses on providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making in the industrial and manufacturing sector.

Job Description

Financial Control and Reporting

  • Support monthly close activities, including validation of accruals, rebates, and preparation of management reporting packs.
  • Analyse financial performance across sales volumes, margins, fixed costs, and capital investments.
  • Assist in the preparation of business cases, board-level materials, management reports, and adhoc financial analyses.
  • Monitor and manage fixed cost controls.
  • Act as a deputy to the Regional Senior Controller when required.



Business Planning, Forecasting

  • Support the coordination and execution of the regional business planning and forecasting cycles.
  • Manage the investment governance process across the regional group of companies, ensuring compliance with group policies and approval frameworks.
  • Prepare regular reporting on capital expenditure, investment progress, and key project developments for senior management.
  • Review, assess, and challenge investment proposals to support informed decision-making.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure financial inputs are accurate, complete, and timely.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Analyst should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in financial controlling, analysis, or planning roles.
  • Proficiency in SAP and business intelligence tools (e.g. data warehousing and reporting platforms) is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret, present, and communicate financial data effectively.
