About Our Client

We are the leading provider of medical devices, catering to a wide range of industries including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and research institutions. Due to business expansion needs, they are currently hiring for a Manager/Senior Finance Manager to join the regional headquarter based in Singapore.

Job Description

The Senior Finance Manager will oversee the preparation and submission of statutory financial statements and ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations. This role involves managing audits, maintaining robust internal controls, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. You need to analyze financial data to identify trends and variances and provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision making. You will collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment between financial reporting and business operations. You will coordinate the annual budgeting process, and ensure alignment between budget allocations and strategic goals. You will be driving numerous process improvements and system implementation projects to drive efficiencies.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate should possess a Degree in Finance & Accounting, CA/CPA qualified with regional accounting experience in the recent years. You are technically strong in IFRS and tax matters, exposure working with entities in SEA will be an advantage. You are adept at establishing good working relationships with key decision makers and will command good communication skills. You are an independent person with the ability to influence and communicate finance concepts to diverse business partners.
