Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
  • Provide insightful analysis to support strategic business decisions and performance optimization.
  • Partner closely with business leaders to translate financial data into actionable strategies.



Accounting Oversight:

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting in compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
  • Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with corporate policies, local regulations, and audit requirements.



Team Leadership:

  • Manage, develop, and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement across processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Act as a key liaison between finance, business units, and regional headquarters.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • At least 8 years of progressive financial experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience in a multinational corporation or a fast-paced, consumer-driven industry.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
