Job Description
This role reports directly to the CFO and is based at the business HQ in Singapore. As the Finance Manager, you take on a team managerial role and to manage the entire financial operations of the company. This is a hybrid role managing finance operations, budgeting and forecasting activities and driving business decisions. You are responsible for statutory and tax compliance matters and liaising with external audit and tax consultants. You are process-oriented and passionate to build templates from the scratch. As a leader of team, the expectation will be to support and push the strategy and direction of the businesses across Asia. You will also have the ability to effectively analyse and communicate financial results and provide insight analysis to the business to support effective decision making with the various stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a degree qualified & CA/CPA with at least 10 years of post-graduation experience, ideally starting out in a Big 4 firm followed by commercial experience. Experience in a FMCG/ retail environment is beneficial for this position. You should possess the ability to thrive within a set up environment, lead a team, influence and communicate finance concepts to diverse business partners across locations.
