An Established Family Office is looking for a Senior Finance Executive to join their growing team. You will support the Finance Manager and Assistant Finance Manager in ensuring accurate financial data across multiple group entities and family trusts. This is a dynamic role requiring audit or in-house accounting experience, with oversight of outsourced providers and involvement in financial reporting, tax compliance, investment accounting, and treasury operations.

Job Description

  • Oversee and manage financial reporting and analysis to support business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts to aid in strategic planning processes.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow to maintain financial stability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise financial performance and efficiency.
  • Support audits and reviews by providing necessary financial documentation and insights.
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide guidance on financial matters to internal teams and leadership.

The Successful Applicant

To succeed in this role, you should ideally possess the following:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ACCA/CPA preferred.
  • At least 4 years of experience in audit, internal accounting & finance department or in a family office environment
  • Experience overseeing outsourced accounting providers is a strong advantage
  • Sound understanding of accounting principles and local statutory requirements
  • Familiarity with finance function controls, such as maker-checker roles, completeness reviews, and source-of-truth frameworks
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently
