This organisation operates within the facilities sector and is recognised for its growth ambitions. We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Senior Executive, Contract & Procurement to support and strengthen our procurement operations.

Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor selection and contract negotiation.
  • Prepare, analyse, and evaluate tender documents, bids, and proposals.
  • Source and assess suppliers based on pricing, quality, and delivery performance.
  • Prepare and issue accurate purchase orders while ensuring compliance.
  • Maintain and update supplier databases and procurement records.
  • Support contract negotiations and vendor performance review processes.
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor procurement of term contracts and minor capital projects to ensure timely approvals and awards.
  • Liaise with suppliers to resolve discrepancies, delivery issues, and quality concerns.
  • Maintain customer listings and ensure sales orders/quotations are captured accurately.
  • Work with stakeholders on system integrations and upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and environmental standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in procurement, purchasing or sourcing and contract management.
  • Strong understanding of strategic sourcing, tendering, contract management and negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills; strong negotiator.
  • Experience in logistics, facilities management, government or environmental services is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement systems (e.g., SAGE, Ariba or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
