About Our Client

My client is one of the leading manufacturer of laser equipment and solutions worldwide, their BU in Singapore is also working as a global R&D center to support the group.

Job Description

  • Oversee and execute laser material processing projects, which involve customer communication, assessing technical requirements, preparing and handling customer applications, writing reports, and maintaining customer follow-up.
  • Conduct customer visits, discuss applications and technology directly, mentor them on process and product specifics, and enhance their relationship with the company
  • Assist Regional Sales Managers with strategic and significant applications, including travelling for customer visits.
  • Manage the Laser Application Laboratory in Singapore, reviewing equipment needs, and ensuring that laboratory equipment is in excellent working condition.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering related disciplines
  • 2+ years' experience in laser marking, welding, cutting and other material processing; experience in consumer electronics industry would be a plus
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to travel
  • Less experience candidate would be considered as Engineer
