About Our Client

My client is a private equity firm specialising in real estate investment in Singapore, and they own multiple logistics portfolios in the area

Job Description

  • Oversee the managing agent to ensure effective maintenance and operational management of the properties under your responsibility.
  • Develop and sustain the Company's Emergency Response Team for the property.
  • Plan and execute Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI) and Additions & Alterations (A&A) projects for the property.
  • Supervise contractors and consultants engaged in work on the properties.
  • Manage tenant relations, including the processes of handover and takeover, defect resolution, overseeing tenant fit-out works
  • Handle cost and document management, including budget preparation, monitoring actual expenses, and associated reporting.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree/ Diploma holder in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Building, Facilities, or Real Estate Management, or equivalent
  • 5 years+ relevant experience in Facilities Management
  • Experience in developing and reviewing specifications for M&E systems.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting M&E systems.
  • Experience in managing fit-outs, Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI), and Repair & Maintenance Projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
  • Ability to respond to emergencies during odd hours.
