Job Description

  • Lead a team in designing, developing, and implementing advanced electrical systems for power generation, distribution, and control.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and performance management to foster a collaborative and innovative engineering environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical components and power systems into comprehensive product designs.
  • Oversee analysis and testing of power systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Lead the selection of components, wiring, and connectors, considering performance, cost, and sustainability.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Drive innovation by integrating emerging technologies and industry developments into project designs.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 6 years of experience in power systems, wiring, and components.
  • Expertise in industry-standard electrical design software (e.g., E3.series, SOLIDWORKS Electrical, AutoCAD Electrical).
  • Deep understanding of advanced electrical principles, circuit theory, power electronics, and energy management.
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams, with strong project management skills and knowledge of regulatory standards.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, with a successful track record in cross-functional collaborations and product launches.
