Job Description

  • Lead the design and development of efficient and sustainable electrical systems for commercial, healthcare, and institutional projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Oversee electrical engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Offer mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and project teams, reviewing and approving designs and project documents for accuracy and compliance.
  • Implement quality control measures and perform site inspections to verify that installations adhere to specifications and safety standards, troubleshooting issues as needed.
  • Integrate energy-efficient technologies into project designs and promote sustainable engineering practices.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, architects, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution and address technical challenges.
  • Ensure all electrical systems comply with regulatory requirements and develop safety protocols to minimize risks.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on commercial, healthcare, and institutional projects.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification in Singapore is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, power distribution systems, lighting, and control systems.
  • Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and electrical design tools.
  • Excellent project management skills with experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality, safety, and sustainability.
