Job Description

  • Global procurement organisation covering all direct materials, indirect categories, and subcontract manufacturing.
  • Development and coaching of a global team, including leaders across Asia and the U.S.
  • End to end commodity strategies for electronics, ceramics, chemicals, gases, lead frames, and other core materials.
  • Indirect procurement excellence, including digital sourcing methods
  • Global subcontractor strategy and working closely with Operations and Marketing.
  • Value Engineering initiatives in partnership with R&D and manufacturing.
  • 2nd sourcing strategy to ensure continuity, cost efficiency, and supplier resilience.
  • PPV improvement, payment terms optimisation, and supplier negotiations.
  • Strengthening of Supplier Relationship Management frameworks and executive level engagement.
  • Supplier events, technology days, and continuous improvement programs.



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Engineering or Business
  • At least 10 years of procurement leadership experience with strong financial acumen
  • Experience in managing subcontract manufacturing
  • Ideally with experience in EMS, semiconductors, solar or other related manufacturing products
