Job Description

    • Take ownership of delivery outcomes across multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365 engagements
    • Provide programme‑level governance, quality assurance, and compliance oversight
    • Manage delivery constraints including scope, cost, schedule, risk, and quality
    • Identify, monitor, and proactively resolve delivery risks and escalations
    • Lead and manage internal teams as well as external partners and subcontractors
    • Collaborate with solution architects and pre‑sales teams on RFPs, proposals, and client pitches
    • Contribute to business growth initiatives, industry insight sharing, and thought leadership

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT delivery, including 8+ years leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and/or CRM programmes
  • Demonstrated success delivering multiple large‑scale Dynamics 365 implementations across different sectors
  • Strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain
  • Proven experience applying Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks
  • Solid financial management skills covering budgets, forecasting, and resource planning
  • Strong client‑facing capability, including handling senior stakeholders and delivery escalations
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
  • Experience supporting bids, RFP responses, and facilitating client workshops or solution demonstrations
