Job Description

  • Create, manage and lead CRM lead B2B /B2C campaigns along with supporting the marketing team and business campaigns using Pardot and SFMC Platform
  • Manage the SFMC Database along with APAC Pardot Campaigns
  • Manage the creation and update of emails, forms and reports for campaigns
  • Manage the CRM solutions and Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and integration with internal and external tools
  • Ensure effective targeting of segment audience; and manage the scheduling of multiple marketing automation campaigns to optimize
  • Plan and set up nurturing life cycles and optimize the customer's journey
  • Create and develop email templates for consistency and effectiveness in accordance with branding guidelines and best practices
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution process from liaising with Design Team, Content Team and Business to creating campaign on Exact Target to preparing the EDM list
  • Critically review and understand changes in customer behavior and provide recommendations and action plans based on findings.
  • Benchmark and monitor performance of all email campaigns and present regular reports and analysis on leads, data quality and campaign effectiveness to the business.
  • Be an advocate within the organization on best practices and emerging trends in email marketing

The Successful Applicant

  • 4+ years of experience in email marketing and/or CRM campaign implementation and management
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot or other email marketing tools.
  • Experience working with databases, data analysis, segmentation and email marketing platforms. SQL, AMPscript skills would be an advantage
  • Numerate with the ability to produce reports and derive valuable insights and analysis
  • Excellent team player and strong interpersonal skills
  • High level of motivation and initiative and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal and ability to build solid relationships at all levels
  • Ability to work to strict and tight deadlines whilst remaining calm when under pressure
