About Our Client
Our client is a global multinational, an industry leader in the space they operate in. As part of the growth in the organisation, there is a newly created role for a Senior Credit & Collections Controller to head the credit and collections function globally.
Reporting directly to the global CFO based in Singapore and managing a team, you will be responsible for driving the formulation and implementation of global credit and collections policies, partnering with the global shared services and the business operations. You will be integral in driving a cultural shift in the credit and collection function and play a key role as part of the management team to influence the global organisation to adopt effective practices beneficial for the business.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you are a Degree qualified CA/CPA, with at least 15 years of post-graduation experience, with 5 years in a managerial capacity. You should have ideally started in a Big 4 accounting firm and later progressed to lead a regional or global credit function. You are strategic, hands on, assertive with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record of influencing and implementing change.
