The company is in the B2C sector with a strong reputation for fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. As part of the transformation project, they are now seeking for a Senior Commercial Finance Manager in the next phase of growth.

Job Description

  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
  • Analyze financial performance, KPIs, and cost structures to inform decision-making
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management and stakeholders
  • Partner with business units to evaluate investment opportunities, partnerships, and operational efficiency
  • Support feasibility studies and financial modeling for major capital projects and investments
  • Provide insights on pricing, costing, and profitability of revenue streams
  • Evaluate business cases for new initiatives and operational changes
  • Support contract negotiations and scenario analysis

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting/MBA with a minimum of 8 years of commercial finance experience in B2C sector. Prior Big 4 experience will be of advantage.
  • Sharp financial modelling and strategic mind for commercial viability
  • Proven track record in simplifying complex financial information for non-financial audiences, with exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Good problem solving skills and ability to thrive in unstructured environment.
