Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Prospect, acquire, and manage a portfolio of SME and corporate clients, building strong and lasting partnerships.
  • Conduct credit assessments and prepare loan proposals that balance client needs with sound risk management.
  • Monitor accounts proactively, identify potential risks, and work with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
  • Partner closely with internal teams to ensure smooth, timely loan approvals and excellent client service.
  • Stay up to date with industry and regulatory requirements, ensuring all activities are compliant.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • At least 8-10 years of experience in commercial lending, SME financing , or related credit and relationship management roles
  • A strong track record in client relationship management, with the ability to build trust and influence decisions.
  • Solid understanding of credit proposals and risk analysis, with sharp problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to engage both internal stakeholders and external clients.
