Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track project progress, providing timely reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with specified construction standards, procedures, and method statements.
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and relevant stakeholders on work progress, approvals, and issue resolution.
  • Review, coordinate, and provide feedback on contractor drawings and submittals.
  • Conduct site inspections with Resident Engineers (RE) and Resident Technical Officers (RTO).
  • Oversee and enforce safety performance of contractors.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or any relavent.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in civil, structural, architectural, and building works, including renovation, repair, partitioning, plumbing, and A&A work.
  • Experience in building construction projects, including M&E facilities installation and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with planning software such as Primavera and MS Project.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and solution-driven approach to resolving site issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel, with experience in drafting official correspondence.
