About Our Client

Our client is a Singapore-based fintech platform that provides regulated digital payment infrastructure using stablecoins. It enables seamless cross-border transfers, offers APIs for businesses, and supports both personal and corporate accounts-all under a license from the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

Job Description

  • Design and execute targeted strategies to onboard enterprise clients across fintech, payments, and digital asset sectors.
  • Build and nurture high-impact relationships with decision-makers, offering consultative solutions tailored to complex business needs.
  • Own the full sales cycle-from prospecting to onboarding and closing-ensuring a seamless and premium client experience.
  • Monitor sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and refine strategies to maximize revenue and retention.
  • Partner closely with Product, Compliance, Legal, and Operations teams to align solutions with client needs and regulatory standards.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies in the blockchain and payments space.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Min 7 years of B2B sales experience in fintech, banking, or blockchain payments.
  • Proven success in exceeding sales targets and driving enterprise growth.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and uncover opportunities.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments.
